Cancellation

If the cancellation of an order becomes necessary, we ask for timely information by e-mail or telephone. In principle, the cancellation does not involve any costs.

Incorrect delivery

If you are of the opinion that your order was not delivered properly and you therefore have reason to complain, we ask that you inform us promptly by telephone or e-mail. Please help to document the complaint - if possible - with photos - thank you for your understanding!

Return of goods

In general, we ask that you notify us if you wish to return goods from a delivery from us.

Since we sell goods that are not intended for exchange, we do not include a return label in our packages. Should a return be necessary in individual cases, we will send you a DHL label after consultation.
