Shipping methods
By default, we ship your order as a DHL package . Shipping as a parcel is not possible, as there is no possibility of tracking in this case.
For customers in the vicinity of our warehouse in Frankenberg/Saxony, we have set up the shipping method 'Click + Collect '; You can order in the shop and pick it up at the warehouse, which saves on shipping costs.

Free shipping
From a goods value of 70.00 euros for delivery within Germany, shipping is free of charge.
Unfortunately, free shipping abroad is not possible due to DHL's cost structure.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your package has been delivered to DHL, you will receive a shipping notification email with the DHL tracking number at the end. This number can be used to track the package at www.dhl.de.
Maximum weight of the order
The maximum weight depends on the destination country of the shipment.
Parcels to foreign countries have a maximum weight of 20 kg given by DHL.
A maximum weight of 31.5 kg applies to parcels within Germany. Orders with heavier weight are possible because they will be divided into more than 1 package.
Delivery time
The delivery time by DHL is usually
within Germany 2 working days,
abroad at least 5 working days.
Packstation or post office
Delivery to a DHL Packstation or a post office is possible. To do this, please enter the necessary data, especially your postal number in the different delivery address.
