Vouchers before 10/01/2022
Background:
On October 1, 2022, PayPal ended support for "purchase on account" in the PayPal Express function used by our shop system. However, since we would like to continue offering you this payment option, we had to switch to a new shop system that offers this option with the PayPal checkout function.
Unfortunately, all valid voucher codes were lost during this technical change. We have no way of automatically restoring them.
If you have a voucher that has not yet been redeemed, please contact us so that the voucher code can be created again.
Purchase a voucher
You can also purchase vouchers like other products; You can find them in the ' Gift Ideas ' category , in increments of 5 euros, from 10 to 50 euros.
After payment you will receive an email from us with the voucher in PDF format, which contains a voucher code. The voucher is not tied to the customer who placed the order and can also be given as a gift.
Redeem a voucher
You redeem a voucher by entering the associated voucher code in the appropriate field during the ordering process. The value of the voucher will then be deducted from the value of the goods. A cash payment of the voucher is unfortunately not possible.
