The foot scrub exfoliates and relieves dry and cracked heels and moisturizes dry skin. It smooths feet, leaving them soft and delicate. Epsom salt gives a feeling of relaxation and lightness to tired and strained feet. Thyme is the best antiseptic and disinfecting herb. Thymol contained in thyme is an antimicrobial and antifungal substance, while peppermint gives a sense of freshness.

Use on wet skin, apply to the soles and the heels of your feet and make a gentle massage. Persist on tough parts (ankles, heels). Make a footbath and rinse with lukewarm water.
