Restriction on shipping of orders

Generally we process your orders as fast as possible. But during business travels, vacation etc. there is not always a save internet access so that we cannot react immediately on incoming orders (check of correctness, assigning of booked payments on our account to orders or transferring payed orders to be prepared and delivered to DHL.

We do our best to keep these downtimes as small as possible, but we cannot avoid them at all. As soon as we know about restrictions we will publish them here on this page so that you can plan ahead.

Since our warehouse is situated in the German Federal Land Sachsen we have to consider the holidays when delivering parcels to DHL.
