Instruction of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period takes fourteen days from the day following the receipt of merchandise by you or another person who is appointed by you and who is not the deliverer.

In order to apply your right of withdrawal you must inform us

by a clear statement (for example by letter or telephone call) about your decision to revoke this coontract. You can use the enclosed model form of withdrawal which is however not mandatory.

You can also use the form of withdrawal which is available on our website www.kreta-agora.de by filling and sending electronically. If you choose this possibility we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation immediately via mail.

To keep the deadline of withdrawal it is sufficient that you send the information about the exercise of withdrawal before the revocation period ends.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw this contract we have to pay back all payments which we got from you including the delivery costs (except the costs which result from the fact that you cose another method of delivery than the lowest standard shipment offered by us) immediately and latest within fourteen days from the day the information about your withdrawal of this contract receives us. The same instrument of payment is used for redemption as used in your original transaction unless we agree with you about alternative ways; in no means you have to pay fees for the redemption. We can refuse the redemption until we get back the goods or until you provide evidence that you sent back the goods, depending on whichever occurs first.

You have to send back or deliver the goods to us immediately and in either case latest within fourteen days starting from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. To meet the deadline you have to send back the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment.

You have to carry the cost for possible deterioration of the goods only in case the deterioration is due to manipulations other than for examining the merchandise.
