Using the Kreta-Agora website is possible without providing personal data.

Only when placing an order, basic personal data (Article 6, Section 1, Point b of the DSGVO) is collected, which is necessary for proper business processing (name and address for shipping the order) or for sending the contract documents (email address); providing a telephone number is optional. Your bank details will not be passed on to us for any payment method (prepayment, PayPal, etc.).

As part of the shipping process, we transmit the following data to our shipping partner DPD Deutschland GmbH on the basis of Article 6, Section 1, Point f of the General Data Protection Regulation: name, delivery address, email address, and/or mobile phone number, as well as other shipment-related data (package weight). You can object to the transmission of your email address or mobile phone number at any time, as well to us (via the contact form or informal email) or to DPD [widerspruch_predictbenachrichtigung@dpd.de or via a link in every parcel information]. Blocking your email address by DPD will result in the recipient generally not receiving any emails with shipment information from DPD.

The owner, Georgios Petsagkourakis, is responsible for processing the data. The purpose of processing is the proper packing and delivery of your order.

In accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we would like to point out that the data required for business transactions (delivery and billing address, email address) is processed and stored using an IT system in accordance with Section 33 (BDSG). The web host (provider) of our website is Deutsche Telekom / ePages GmbH. Data is not transferred to non-EU countries.

Copies of invoices sent to our customers are subject to the statutory retention period of 10 years, beginning at the end of the calendar year in which the respective invoice was issued.

Your personal data will, of course, be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. You can request us to delete your customer data at any time after completing an order.
