Registration / Order as a guest

It is not necessary for you to register with us in order to place an order. Registration makes sense if you want to order more often and don't want to enter your address etc. every time. It has no further impact on customer status.

Address problems

When processing incoming orders, the address details are checked for completeness, as the house number is often forgotten or the street name is not entered correctly, which leads to errors or undeliverability at DHL. These problems can usually be resolved before shipping (by email or telephone).

If errors occur during the entry of the parcel data in the DHL application that were not detected beforehand (e.g. incorrect postal code that does not match the street), we unfortunately have to postpone the shipment until the problem is resolved.

Mandatory field Telephone Numer

You ask yourself why we need to know your phone number when you order in our shop. There are 2 reasons:

1) If a problem occurs during the packaging or shipping your order we can contact you if it is really urgent.

2) For foreign-going parcels contact data such as name of recipient and phone number is mandatory at our logistics partner DHL .

Needless to say that we never call you unsolicitedly except when urgent problems must be solved before shipping your parcel.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value - we are also happy about 'small' orders.
